Service:60 Minute Massage change

This hour long massage is just what you need. A combination of long, gliding strokes and/or specific pain relieving pressure may be used to smooth away muscle tension and put your mind at ease. Your preferred hands-on pressure is applied and will create a sense of well-being during and after the massage session
Complimentary but optional additions to this delightful massage service:
Aromatherapy, Warm Bamboo, or Massage Cupping
*Please leave a note while booking if you would like to add-on any of these options- especially the bamboo as it takes time to reach optimal heat 

An hour massage seems like a long time but it does go by quickly! You may need extra time to feel relaxed which is why a 90 minutes session is recommended and preferred
